Opting for the 5-star category isn't extremely challenging. Initially, it required accumulating 300 points based on a set of standards. Although it might sound demanding, the reality is that many apartments, with some upgrades and tweaks, can attain this categorization.

A crucial update took place in August 2023. The government streamlined the list of standards and points required to achieve the 5-star review. This revision greatly simplifies obtaining the 5-star category, depending, of course, on the apartment's condition and features.
